Designed for the way families actually work

Most of our senior clients live in Leisure World, Laguna Woods, the gated communities of San Clemente and Dana Point, and the older neighborhoods of Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda, and Mission Viejo. Many no longer drive, or simply don't want to spend their morning at the UPS Store waiting in line — and most of the time the package is going to a grandchild, a son, or an old friend across the country. Adult children, often living in New York, Chicago, or the Bay Area, book our service remotely on behalf of their parents, pay the invoice, and we send them photo confirmation when the package is dropped off. We also handle common errands that have nothing to do with shipping: Amazon returns that need a QR code scanned at Whole Foods or Kohl's, prescription pickup from Walgreens or CVS, DMV paperwork drop-off, and document drop-offs to attorneys or financial advisors. Every driver is background-checked, in uniform, and trained to be patient and clear. We carry large-print receipt paper, and the driver will sit and explain the tracking number out loud if a family member wants to follow along by phone.

Can my daughter (who lives out of state) book this for me?

Yes — this is one of the most common ways our service is used. She books online, pays the invoice, and we send her photo confirmation when we pick up and again when we drop off at the carrier.

Are your drivers background-checked?

Yes — every driver passes a 7-year background check, drug screening, and our internal training program before being assigned to senior accounts. They arrive in uniform with a name badge.

Can the driver help me wrap or box the item?

Yes. Drivers carry boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and gift wrap. They'll help pad the item, seal the box, and write the address — at no extra charge for a standard pickup.

I'm not great with computers. Can I just call?

Absolutely. Call (949) 555-0128 between 7am and 9pm, 7 days a week. A live person answers — no menu tree, no robot. We'll set up the pickup over the phone.

Can the driver also pick up a prescription or run a DMV errand?

Yes — add it to the same pickup at a small additional fee. Common combos: ship a package + drop off DMV paperwork + pick up a prescription on the way back.

How do I know the package was actually shipped?

The driver brings back a printed paper receipt with the tracking number, hands it to you at your door, and if you'd like, we'll text or call your family member with the same confirmation.

What if I'm in a senior community or memory-care facility?

We work with many Leisure World, Laguna Woods, and assisted-living facility residents. We coordinate with reception or family members as needed, and our drivers are patient and trained for sensitive environments.
