How fast can you pick up?+
Same-day pickup is available in most of Orange County when booked before 1pm. Otherwise we'll schedule the next available window — usually within 24 hours.
What does it cost?+
You only pay the carrier rate (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) plus a flat Flex-Ship service fee starting at $19. Packing supplies are billed at-cost. Get an exact quote by uploading photos.
Do you supply boxes and packing materials?+
Yes — we bring boxes, bubble wrap, tape, fragile labels, and a scale on every job. No need to source anything.
Where do you service?+
All 34 cities in Orange County, CA — from Seal Beach to San Clemente, and inland to Yorba Linda and Mission Viejo.
Can you handle returns?+
Absolutely. We'll come to you, pack the item if needed, attach the prepaid label, and drop it at the carrier. You'll get proof-of-drop-off photos in your dashboard.
Do you work with businesses?+
Yes — recurring routes, e-commerce fulfillment, and bulk pickup plans are available. See our Business page or contact us for a custom quote.
Is my shipment insured?+
Standard carrier insurance applies. We offer optional extended coverage for high-value or fragile items at checkout.
How do I track my shipment?+
Every job gets a private tracking link in your dashboard, plus the carrier tracking number once the package is dropped off.
