1. What we collect

When you request a quote or book a pickup, we collect your name, email, phone, pickup address, photos of the items, and shipment details. We also collect tracking events generated as your shipment moves through our workflow.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to schedule and complete your pickup, pack and ship your items, communicate with you about your job, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share necessary details (name, address, tracking number) with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) to deliver your shipment. We use Lovable Cloud for hosting and storage.

4. Photos and proof

Photos you upload, and proof-of-drop-off photos we take, are stored in a private bucket accessible only to you, our drivers assigned to your job, and authorized admins.

5. Your rights

California residents can request access to or deletion of their data at any time by emailing privacy@flex-ship.com.
