1. Service

Flex-Ship provides mobile packing, pickup, and drop-off services in Orange County, CA. By booking, you authorize us to handle, pack, and tender your items to the carrier you select.

2. Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the photos and details you provide. Final price may adjust based on actual weight, dimensions, and supplies used. We'll never charge more than the quote without your written approval.

3. Prohibited items

We do not ship hazardous materials, perishables without dry-ice prep, firearms, illegal substances, or anything restricted by the carrier. We may refuse pickup at our discretion.

4. Liability and insurance

Once tendered to the carrier, the shipment is governed by that carrier's terms. Standard carrier insurance applies. Additional declared-value coverage is available at quote time.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled pickup up to 1 hour before the window with no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a $15 dispatch fee.

6. Disputes
