Frequently asked
Do I need to print my own labels?
Most clients do — that's the simplest workflow. If you can't print, email or upload the PDF and we'll print and apply it for $1 per label.
What's the latest pickup time so packages still ship same-day?
For UPS Ground and FedEx Ground we need to pick up by 4pm; for USPS Priority by 3pm. We can do later windows if same-day isn't critical.
Can you handle high-volume launch days?
Yes. Tell us 48 hours in advance and we'll add capacity. We regularly handle 200+ box days for subscription box launches in Costa Mesa and Irvine.
Do you offer Net-15 or invoicing?
After two billing cycles, established accounts qualify for net-15 invoicing with consolidated weekly statements.
What if a label is damaged or missing?
The driver will text you a photo. We'll either return the box or, with your approval, print a replacement label on the spot.
Do you work with FBA Inventory Placement?
Yes. We deliver to UPS Ground and FedEx Ground hubs that feed Amazon's distribution centers across SoCal, Nevada, and Arizona.
Can you integrate with my shipping software?
We don't replace ShipStation or Shippo — we pick up whatever they print. Most clients export tracking back to their store automatically.
What's the minimum order?
One pickup per day, no minimum package count. Per-stop pricing starts at $12; per-package drops as volume grows.
