Designed with families in mind
Most of our senior clients live across Leisure World, Laguna Woods, Mission Viejo, and the gated communities of San Clemente and Dana Point. Many no longer drive, or simply don't want to spend their morning at the UPS Store waiting in line. Adult children — often living in New York, Chicago, or the Bay Area — book our service remotely, pay the invoice, and we send them photo confirmation when the package is dropped off. We also handle common errands: prescription pickup at Walgreens and CVS, DMV paperwork drop-off, document signing returns, and Amazon returns that need a QR code scanned at Whole Foods or Kohl's. Every driver is background-checked, in uniform, and trained to be patient and clear. We carry large-print receipts and will sit and explain the tracking number on the phone if a family member wants to follow along.

Are your drivers safe to let in my home?
Every driver is background-checked, fingerprinted, and uniformed. They show ID at the door and won't enter your home — pickup happens at the doorstep or in the garage.
Will I get a paper receipt?
Yes. Same day, we return to your door with a printed receipt and tracking number, in large print.
Can you help me box the item?
Yes. The driver will pad the item, tape it, and label it in front of you. No packing needed on your end.
What if I need to ship something fragile, like china?
We carry bubble wrap, foam, and double-walled boxes. Fragile items are packed by hand on the spot and insured.
Can you also pick up my prescriptions?
Yes — we can run to Walgreens, CVS, or Costco and bring your prescription back the same trip. ID required at pharmacy pickup.
How much does it cost?
Service starts at $25 plus the actual carrier cost (UPS/FedEx/USPS). We give the full price upfront — no surprises.
