The return matrix nobody told you about

Online returns have quietly become one of the most fragmented errands in your day. Amazon alone now has at least five different return paths — QR code at Whole Foods (no box needed), QR code at a UPS Store, QR code at Kohl's, printed label by UPS pickup, or the new Amazon Locker drop — and the right one depends on the item, the season, and what Amazon's algorithm decided to surface. Sephora returns go through USPS via a prepaid label. Zappos goes UPS. Target accepts in-store or by mail. Wayfair is usually FedEx. Do you handle Amazon QR codes that need to go to Whole Foods?

Yes — this is one of our most-requested returns. No box, no label. We bring the item to the Whole Foods returns kiosk, get it scanned, and text you the confirmation. Refund usually posts within an hour.

What if the retailer gave me a label-free, box-free return at Kohl's?

Same flow — we walk it into Kohl's, get the QR scanned, and send you the receipt photo.

Can you do a return without me being home?

Yes. Forward the email, leave the item outside, we'll handle the rest. If we need to bring a box, tell us at booking.

How much faster does my refund actually come?

Typically 2–5 days faster than a UPS Store drop, because we go to high-volume scan locations (Whole Foods, UPS Customer Center, USPS retail) that scan immediately and trigger the retailer's refund.

Do I get proof?

Always. Photo of the scanned receipt or the drop location, texted to you within minutes.

What about Costco.com or Best Buy big items?

For big items, the retailer usually arranges UPS or freight pickup. We can be on-site to hand the item over and document it, which protects you against 'never picked up' disputes.
