Do I need to box and label the return?
Not necessarily. For Amazon QR returns (Whole Foods, Kohl's), you don't need a box at all — just hand us the item. For label-required returns, we'll print and apply the label for $1 if you can't.
Will I get the refund the same day?
Once we scan the return, the refund timeline is set by the retailer. Amazon usually processes within 24 hours of scan; Zappos within 2-3 days; fashion retailers up to a week.
What if my return window closes today?
Book before 3pm and we guarantee same-day drop-off — your return is timestamped today, even if the refund processes tomorrow.
Can you handle returns to multiple stores in one trip?
Yes — bundle Amazon, Kohl's, UPS, and Happy Returns into one pickup. The first item is $19; each additional is $5.
What about a furniture or large appliance return?
We can coordinate carrier pickup (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Custom Critical) or drop at Best Buy/Costco return desks. Quote depends on size.
What if the store rejects my return at the counter?
The driver will text you immediately. We bring the item back at no extra charge and email you the reason the retailer gave.
Do you handle international or eBay returns?
Yes — eBay return labels work just like Amazon's. International returns may need a customs form, which we can pick up from you or fill on your behalf.
Do you take items without a label or QR yet?
Yes. Tell us the order number and retailer; we can often retrieve the return label for you on the spot. $3 service fee.
