Eight Amazon returns in a pile
Sort them by carrier, drop them, send you eight tracking numbers.
Already packed and labeled? We pick up your boxes and drop them at the right carrier — UPS Customer Center, FedEx Ship Center, or USPS — before the daily cutoff. You get a photo of the receipt with the tracking numbers.
Pick a 2-hour window or call for same-day. Tell us how many boxes and which carrier.
Front porch, garage, lobby, reception — no need to be home.
UPS Customer Center, FedEx Ship Center, USPS retail — not a contracted Access Point. Real scan, real receipt.
Photo of the receipt with every tracking number, texted within minutes of drop-off.
There's a difference that matters: when you drop a UPS package at the Mailboxes Etc. on the corner, it sits in their bin until a driver swings by — often the next morning. The same goes for a FedEx OnSite location at Walgreens or a USPS contract postal unit. We always drop at the actual UPS Customer Center, FedEx Ship Center, or USPS retail post office, which means your package gets its first scan that same evening and starts moving immediately. For Orange County we run regular routes to UPS hubs in Anaheim and Irvine, FedEx Ship Centers in Santa Ana and Lake Forest, and the USPS Processing & Distribution Center in Santa Ana. The daily cutoff for same-day departure is roughly 6pm for UPS Ground and FedEx Ground, 5pm for FedEx Express, and 4:30pm for USPS Priority — we plan our last sweep around 4pm so anything we pick up by 2:30 will make that day's outbound.

December — when the UPS Store line is out the door — we just drop and go.

2:30pm. That gives us enough route time to make the carrier hub before the daily cutoff (roughly 6pm at UPS/FedEx Ground centers in OC). Booked after 2:30pm, we can still pick up, but it will go out the next morning.
Those are contracted Access Points — your package sits until a driver picks it up the next day. We go to the actual UPS Customer Center, FedEx Ship Center, or USPS retail counter so your package gets scanned and moves the same evening.
