How business pickup works
1. Set Your Window
Pick a recurring window (e.g. 3–4pm daily). We text confirmation the night before each run.
2. Stage Pre-Labeled Boxes
Leave them at reception, the loading bay, or a designated pickup area. Driver doesn't need to interrupt staff.
3. Same-Day Drop
Boxes scanned at pickup, sorted in the van, dropped at the correct UPS/FedEx/USPS hub before the cutoff.
4. Receipts in Your Dashboard
Tracking numbers and photo receipts uploaded same-day; weekly statement on Fridays.
How recurring pickup actually works for an OC business
Most of our recurring accounts are Etsy and Shopify sellers running out of garages and home offices in Irvine, Costa Mesa, Tustin, and Anaheim, plus a growing list of B2B sample shippers, dental and medical labs, and small law firms with daily filings. The setup is simple: you decide on a window (afternoons work best so the morning's print jobs are ready), and we route past you every weekday. Pre-labeled boxes get scanned at the curb, sorted in the van by carrier, and dropped at the appropriate hub before that day's cutoff — UPS Ground and FedEx Ground out of the Anaheim and Irvine centers, USPS Priority out of the Santa Ana P&DC. If you can't print labels yourself, we have a label printer in the van and can do it for $1 per label. Once you're on a recurring route, per-stop pricing drops at volume — 10+ packages/day moves you onto per-package pricing, which usually saves 25–40% versus single-pickup rates. Established accounts get net-15 invoicing with a consolidated weekly statement, so you stop chasing UPS Store receipts in QuickBooks.

What's the minimum volume to start a recurring route?
One pickup per day, no minimum package count. Per-stop pricing starts at $12. Per-package pricing kicks in above 10 packages/day and gets cheaper from there.
How fast can we start?
Most accounts have their first pickup the next business day. We'll text you the night before each run to confirm volume and window.
Can we change pickup days or windows?
Yes — text dispatch by 7pm the night before. Recurring schedules are easy to flex.
Do you do FBA prep pickup?
Yes. We pick up pre-labeled FBA cartons and deliver them to the closest UPS Ground hub that feeds Amazon's SoCal warehouses. Same-day if picked up by 3pm.
What's the latest pickup time for same-day shipping?
4pm for UPS Ground and FedEx Ground; 3pm for USPS Priority. Anything later still gets picked up — it just leaves the next morning.
How does billing work?
Choose per-pickup, weekly batch, or net-15 invoice. Net-15 unlocks after 2 successful billing cycles. Consolidated weekly statements with all tracking numbers.
Do you integrate with ShipStation or Shippo?
We don't replace them — we pick up whatever they print. Tracking flows back to your store automatically through the carrier.
