How is this different from a standard daily pickup?

Mailroom support is broader — we also handle inbound packages, certified mail, supply runs, and monthly bulk mailings. Standard pickup is just outbound.

Do you handle certified mail and return receipts?

Yes. We prepare the certified mail forms, drop at USPS, retrieve the green card, and log it in your dashboard. Bulk certified runs (e.g. annual notice mailings) are no extra fee within your tier.

Can you do bulk mailings for me?

Yes — up to 200 pieces/month included. Larger mailings (e.g. annual statements for thousands of clients) we quote per project.

What about HIPAA or attorney-client privileged materials?

All drivers sign NDAs and we can route sensitive shipments through a logged chain-of-custody workflow. Many of our existing accounts are medical practices and law firms.

Can you do supply runs?

Yes — Staples, Costco Business, Office Depot, Amazon Locker pickup. Most accounts include 2 supply runs per week in their tier.

How fast can we start?
